I went because I wanted silicone plus tip removal, but because my nose from birth was so ugly, they recommended keeping the tip. They said they could lower the height and shape it nicely through cartilage repositioning, and they spoke so confidently that it made me trust them a little.. and not trust them a little... but I do trust them more than the hospital I visited before.
