I went because I wanted silicone + nasal tip removal, but maybe because my original nose is really unattractive, they recommended leaving the nasal tip. They said they could lower the height with cartilage repositioning while shaping it nicely, and because they spoke so confidently, I both trusted them,, and didn’t,,, but I trust them more than the hospitals I visited before.
