Before-before-after-after-after I'm 11 months post-op after getting implant-free rhinoplasty at AB. Even before getting rhinoplasty, I didn't think my nasal bridge was on the low side, but I thought the problem was that it looked too blunt and droopy because of the hump. During the rhinoplasty consultation, they pointed out exactly the things I thought were problems, and said that if they just slightly shaved down the hump, surgery without silicone would be possible because of my existing nasal bridge, so I think I felt very reassured and decided because I could get the surgery I wanted.
Since I had surgery without an implant, after day 7 post-op, it felt like the swelling definitely went down quickly, should I say? Of course, that could just be my feeling, but by week 2 even the minor swelling had gone down, and by week 3 only the inside of my nose was swollen. From the outside, it looked fine, so I lived my daily life without difficulty, and I've been doing well until now lol
Overall, now that 11 months have passed, after getting rhinoplasty, my existing bulbous nose and hump were refined, so my nose shape went from looking big and blunt to much more natural, and I'm satisfied.
And before surgery, I really hated taking photos from any angle other than the front, but after rhinoplasty, I take photos mainly of my side profile, to the point that I've gained confidence in my side profile and only side-profile photos seem to be increasing lol They say for men it's all about the nose, and really, with just one change to my nose, I even hear that I'm handsome, so I'm very satisfied with my rhinoplasty!
