There was no waiting for the consultation, and the clinic was clean overall. There were also reviews saying the director was unfriendly, but from what I saw, that wasn’t the case. It’s just that he has a firm philosophy about the surgical direction. The surgical explanation wasn’t extremely detailed, but I could see that when the patient asked questions, he tried to answer sincerely. Overall, I was satisfied.
