Before<Before = had a bulbous nose and a hump. The nose width was wide, so I wanted to reduce the width. I wanted to improve the uneven side profile>After<After = the nose width was reduced too, but I like that the side-profile line became cleaner even more>After nose surgery, just having a cleaner side-profile line seems to improve the impression and appearance a lot. I regret putting off surgery because I was worrying about it. (For reference, no implant was used)
