They took photos and consulted with me as soon as I arrived. Right after the consultation started, they asked whether I wear contact lenses and whether there was anyone in my family who had eyes like mine, then said that long-term contact lens use or genetic factors can cause ptosis. They said I had mild ptosis, so I would need eye correction to make my eyes look sharper. They explained in detail what eye correction is so that I could understand it well, and they also explained the post-op part, saying that the eyes might not close fully after surgery but would settle down over time, while measuring my eye length with a ruler during the consultation. The cost was honestly way too expensive. For a first surgery, it came out like the price of a revision surgery. No pressure to book.
