I wanted eye correction surgery, so I saw a YouTube video and booked a consultation. First of all, everyone who answered the phone was so kind that it made me feel good, and the manager said I probably would not need eye correction surgery after all. The surgeon thought the same... so they told me not to do it, and in the end I did not The honest consultation was nice, and everyone was so kind.
