I went for a consultation for my first nose surgery without implants, and they honestly explained what I could gain from surgery and what I would have to accept. They did not pressure me into surgery at all and told me to go home, think about it more thoroughly, and if I had any questions, I could ask as much as I wanted in the comments on the clinic blog! I still have not made up my mind, but I recommend at least going for a consultation.
