I had a consultation with the chief director. He has such a strong reputation that I went in trusting him, and seeing how he pinpointed my complexes, he really seemed skilled and I think the surgery would go well. However, because he is the chief director, no discount applied, so it was very expensive. The consultation with him ended in about 3 minutes, and he got up telling me to talk with the manager, so I left without being able to ask the list of questions I had written down. He seems very busy.
