They carefully adjusted the line several times and asked me which line I liked best. When I had a line designed at another hospital, I could not even tell whether it was actually pretty, and I was uncertain about it in many ways. But when I had the line designed here, I felt like it fit my eyes perfectly, and it felt as if my own needs, which I had not even realized before, were being captured. There was no unnecessary pressure to get surgery, and the head doctor was kind, so it was nice.
