I came back from a consultation for revision rhinoplasty, and they made a detailed plan for how it would be best to operate while considering the style I wanted as much as possible. Since it’s a revision surgery, I was thinking about autologous costal cartilage, but because they specialize in noses, they also handle autologous costal cartilage well, and from the reviews, everyone seemed to recover quickly too. The scars also seemed almost invisible haha I don’t like noses that look too sharp and long, and the way they operate with the nasal tip slightly rounded, not pointy, and with a moderate sense of thickness made me think their aesthetic sense is really good
