I wanted to get a consultation during a time when there would be no waiting, so I deliberately booked an early appointment, but when I visited the hospital I was a little surprised that there were still people waiting. Still, I liked that I could go in right away without waiting, and the front desk staff also answered my questions kindly, so overall it felt like a bright and cheerful place, which I liked.
