This was the place I was looking forward to the most during consultations, and it exceeded my expectations! They recommended a Fit Me nose, so I had a consultation, and they said we should make the nasal tip rounded with ear cartilage. I originally wanted to use costal cartilage to build the nasal tip firmly with no further drooping and still keep it natural, but they did not recommend using costal cartilage. It was even better because, while looking at the CT images, we could discuss the shape I wanted together. The director seemed to pursue natural + fancy-natural + safety. There were many people waiting, but I didn’t wait extremely long.
