My first nose surgery was so natural that it did not feel like I had paid for surgery at all. When I went for a consultation, even the director could not tell that I had had nose surgery, so I got a nose revision because I was unhappy with the line. I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage because I wanted a more glamorous look, and after searching around hard and finding them through YouTube, I liked the consultation and went ahead with the surgery. Maybe the director was very skilled, because I had a little throbbing pain, but it was not inconvenient for daily life at all, and the line turned out nicely straight. My friends also said this nose surgery was really successful, and the line is absolutely artistic. There is still a little residual swelling, and I hope it goes down soon haha
