My first nose surgery looked so natural that it didn’t even feel like I had paid to get surgery, and when I went for a consultation, even the director couldn’t tell I’d had nose surgery. Because I was dissatisfied with the line, I had revision rhinoplasty. I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and I wanted a more glamorous look, so I worked hard visiting clinics. I found them through YouTube, liked the consultation, and went through with the surgery. Maybe the director is skilled, because although there was a little aching, there was no discomfort at all in daily life, and the line came out well as a straight-to-slightly-curved profile. My friends also said this nose surgery turned out really well and that the line is totally a work of art. I feel like there’s still a little residual swelling left, and I hope it all goes down quickly lol
