Dr. Kim Jin-tae was kind. I asked him to adjust the line several times, and he did it, and he answered all my questions.. Honestly, more than the doctor, the consultation manager felt so much like a friend that her friendly and easygoing response left a bigger impression on me. She was the best manager among all the clinics I have been to. But the people at the front desk, not the consultation manager, were honestly the worst among all the clinics I have been to, from the time I called to make an appointment. Really.
