I went for a consultation for revision double-eyelid surgery, and this was the only place that recommended natural adhesion. I do want it to look natural, but I worry the old lines will not disappear.. Even though it is a revision surgery, natural adhesion is relatively inexpensive, and the doctor's line style is my taste, so if this had been my first surgery I would have definitely wanted to do it.. They also honestly told me that fat grafting, which was recommended elsewhere, was not really recommended, so I do not plan to do fat grafting for the revision!
