Director Kim Jin-tae was kind. I asked him several times to mark the line, and he did; he answered all my questions too.. Honestly, more than the director, I remember the consultation manager more because she treated me so comfortably and kindly, almost like a friend. She was the best consultation manager among all the clinics I’ve been to. But aside from the consultation manager, the people at the front desk were the worst among all the clinics I’ve been to, which I already felt from when I called to make an appointment. Seriously.
