I had double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, and back then I was young. I saw one place that my friends around me said turned out well, so I got a consultation and went straight into double eyelid surgery. The director had a lot of experience and was a bit older, and he just said what he needed to say and that was it. I had a lot of fat in my eyelids, so it was a partial incision with fat removal, but a few months after the surgery my eyes started to feel weak and sleepy. At that time it wasn’t even common to combine it with eye shape correction like people do now, so I lived not knowing anything about ptosis or eye shape correction, and after 7 years one side had almost undone itself and felt weak, so I started looking into double eyelid surgery with eye shape correction. But at 3 places I heard that if you go back to the original place it’s cheaper, and that Director Song is extremely good at assessing these things, so I went back. The director calmly said it was ptosis and that I needed eye shape correction, so I got it done cheaply, and it has stayed natural and good until now. I just regret that if they had done both from the start, I would have had less trouble.
