I had double eyelid surgery, inner corner canthoplasty, and ptosis correction at the same time. It has been several years since then, and because it was done with full incisional surgery, it still has not come undone and is holding up well. The counselor was kind, and the head doctor also cheerfully eased my nerves when I said I was scared because it was my first surgery. I do not remember the cost clearly because I received a student discount, but I entered an approximate amount.
