I had my nasal tip surgery done twice using septal cartilage, but it was too pointed, and it seemed like the skin was getting thinner over time, and the tip felt too hard, so I had a revision to make it more rounded and softer. They did not recommend a revision, but they gave me confidence that they could do it the way I wanted, so I trusted the doctor and did a third revision. Originally they said they would use ear cartilage, but they operated using my existing septal cartilage, and it came out exactly the shape I wanted, so I am very satisfied now!! However, because this was the third incision, the scar is still red, so I am applying ointment diligently. I wish I had done it here from the start..haha
