I had two surgeries on my nasal tip using septal cartilage, but it was too pointy, so it seemed like the skin was gradually getting thinner, and the nasal tip was too hard. So I had revision surgery to make it a bit more rounded and softer. The doctor didn’t recommend revision surgery, but gave me confidence that surgery could be done the way I wanted, so I trusted the director and had my third revision surgery. Originally, they said they would use ear cartilage, but the surgery was done with the existing septal cartilage, and it came out exactly in the shape I wanted, so I’m very satisfied now!! However, since it was my third incision, the scar is still red, so I’m diligently applying ointment. I think it would have been even better if I had done it here from the beginning.. haha
