It would be my first surgery. No consultation fee. They don’t do CT scans. They don’t show CCTV in real time, but said that if I bring a USB, they can put it on there for around 100,000-150,000 KRW. I don’t remember the exact amount well. But they said because of portrait rights, they have to ask for consent from the staff who appear in the video. They said if any one of the staff members doesn’t agree, they either can’t give me the video or I would have to pay mosaic/blurring costs. Depending on the company, 500,000-1.5 million KRW..? I don’t remember exactly, but they said I’d have to pay about that much to see the video. I might be overinterpreting it, but it just felt like they were saying they wouldn’t show it and that I shouldn’t watch it. That was the feeling. Even though it would be my first surgery, the cost came out almost like revision surgery.. They mentioned a lot: correction of bulbous nose + nasolabial angle correction + columella trimming + lowering the nasal tip defining point + alar reduction (incisional + non-incisional) + hump + nasal lengthening. But I heard similar things at other hospitals too, so I don’t think they intentionally added all sorts of things. The content was similar, but I was surprised because the price was higher. It’s not revision surgery, it’s my first surgery.. They said my nose needs a lot of cartilage for the surgery, and that they would open the septum and, if it looked insufficient, use donated costal cartilage additionally. They said one sheet of donated costal cartilage is 1.1 million KRW, and if two sheets are used, 2.2 million KRW would be added like that. So the price for saying I’d just use autologous costal cartilage from the start was 7.5 million KRW.. They said if I booked on the same day, they could do it for 6.45 million KRW, and if I didn’t book that day but received various discounts, it would be 7.15 million KRW. But they kept asking about my budget and said they would match it as much as possible. But if that’s the case, why not just say that price from the beginning? It felt strange that they could match it if I told them my budget.. So I just didn’t say my budget. I even wondered if they first quoted an inflated price for something that could be done at the budget price. And the director drew the expected surgical line for my nose. When consulting with the director, the manager sat right next to us and recorded the consultation details on the computer, and the keyboard sound was very, very loud… It bothered me a bit..

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
