It’s been about 1 year. To explain briefly, I had nasal tip surgery (ear cartilage), nasal radix augmentation (ear cartilage), nostril/alar base reduction (non-incisional), and columella lowering. Because I had the surgery as described above, people around me whom I haven’t told have absolutely no idea what I had done to my nose and haven’t noticed at all. lolololol I wanted improvement through nose surgery, not a transformation, so I’m satisfied, but sometimes I do think, what if I had put in silicone,,, ^^
