I only had a double eyelid on one eye, so I asked them to make the other eye match it exactly. But they said even the eye that already had one would have a line that folds in sharply, so I had both sides done. At first it did come out exactly as discussed. But the eye that originally had no double eyelid ended up with a nice inline that matched the other eye, while the eye that originally had a double eyelid became an in-out line during surgery, so in the end it was asymmetrical again... At first they said they would need to remove the eye fat too, and when I asked if it was okay because there was a scar, they said it was fine and could be removed. But once the surgery actually started, they said they could not remove it because of the scar. It has been 3 years and the double eyelid surgery still has not come undone, but the asymmetry still has not been resolved, so I am thinking of doing it again.
