I need revision surgery because of a sausage-like appearance, and they recommended two-line reduction and ptosis correction. The line they drew is what I like the most, but they said whether to do more or to release it would be decided after opening up the ptosis correction. But elsewhere they said that ptosis correction makes the eye like a seesaw, so if one side is increased, the other side comes down, and that both eyes have to be redone. Here I am not sure if they mean only one side will be done or what..
