I had double eyelid surgery as my first cosmetic surgery. The director didn't exactly feel super kind...? but there was no pressure to get additional surgery. If I wanted surgery with an in-out/out line or to raise the line higher, I would need epicanthoplasty, but they told me to try natural adhesion first and then decide. They did the natural adhesion naturally and well.
