It was interesting that they brought out a chunk of silicone and held it up to my nose. It was the cheapest among the clinics I visited, and they recommended the thickest silicone. When I said what I wanted, they told me that was something to do during the surgery, so I felt a bit awkward. The manager was kind and tried to make me feel comfortable.
