My mother had upper and lower blepharoplasty. The director was kind during the consultation, matched the exact procedure she wanted, and my mom is satisfied with the surgery. But when I went with her, the manager was not rude, but not especially friendly either. I could not really bring myself to ask anything, and the way she spoke was rather blunt, which was a bit off-putting.
