I went for a consultation about a secondary eye surgery and had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. The staff member was kind, apologizing that the director's surgery had ended a bit late. The director's consultation involved looking at photos I had taken earlier on an iPad, drawing the line directly, and explaining it while setting the line for me too. It felt like they only recommended the procedures that were actually necessary. The manager was also very kind, so I was satisfied with the consultation
