I went for a revision eye surgery consultation and had to wait about 20-30 minutes. The staff member was kind and apologized, saying the director’s surgery had ended a bit late. During the consultation, the director looked at photos taken beforehand on an iPad, drew the lines directly while explaining, and also held the lines for me. It felt like they recommended only exactly the surgeries I needed. The manager was also very kind, so I was satisfied with the consultation.
