Among the surgeries I have had, my expectations were high for buccal fat removal. But I think there are people it just does not suit, especially women. Women may be better off not doing it because it makes the cheeks look hollow. For men, having a certain amount of cheek hollowing is fine, but for women I would not recommend it. Fighting.
