The hospital facilities are a bit shabby. Like the reviews often say, they were kind and recommended procedures that would suit me, saying facial balance is important. I went in for a nose consultation, and I had wanted alar reduction and tip surgery because I have a bulbous nose, a hooked nose, and a dorsal hump, but they said I should only do the tip. In my opinion, the alar reduction felt absolutely necessary... In any case, the surgical direction seemed different, so I had the surgery somewhere else. If you go for a consultation, they give a lot of advice, so I recommend going.
