My expectations were high for the surgery I had done. Buccal fat removal. But I think there are people for whom this doesn't suit, especially women. It may be better for women not to do it, because the cheeks can look hollow. For men, a certain amount of cheek sinking is okay, but for women I wouldn't recommend it. Fighting.
