I had buried double eyelid surgery + inner canthoplasty, and I asked them to make it as natural as possible. I already had about half inner fold and half outer fold at the front and back, so maybe that made it even more natural, but anyway it turned out so natural that no one noticed until I told them! It’s not so natural that it disappears completely, though, and it became just sharp enough for me to be really satisfied
And even though I’ve seen many cases where the double eyelid surgery does not look obvious, everyone said this was the first time they had seen inner canthoplasty that did not show at all.
