I wanted lateral canthoplasty so badly that I thought about it for years, and finally..!! got it done last December. I had often heard that even if I got canthoplasty, my eyes wouldn't see much effect, so I kept debating it, but at PR they said there would still be an effect, so on the day I had the consultation, I booked same-day surgery and got it done right away. At first, it was exactly the eye shape I wanted, but as time passed, honestly my satisfaction has dropped a little. Still, my eyes used to slant upward, and that improved a lot, so I'm satisfied with how they are now haha And first of all, the D-shaped phenomenon? I don't think I have that, so I'm relieved!
