I had a surgery consultation here a few years ago, and I remember them honestly saying my face was difficult to work with and a bit ambiguous. After hearing that, I was like, ah... I guess so... and accepted it right away lol. Honestly, even if I had gone to another hospital, I think I would have heard the same response (a difficult, ambiguous face), so I wasn't that surprised. But really, cosmetic surgery feels like it is ultimately your own choice.
