He did not recommend excessive surgery, explained a shape that suited my face, and created exactly the look I wanted in a natural way, making me extremely happy!!! Functional rhinoplasty with silicone, septal cartilage, donor costal cartilage, and ear cartilage also corrected my deviated septum and improved my rhinitis, so I can breathe well through my nose. Even now, seven months later, the fine swelling continues to subside and the shape is gradually becoming prettier. It looks so natural that people around me did not notice I had surgery; acquaintances just said I looked more polished, which made me happy!!!
