As the title says, I live in Busan. I often hear that my nasal bridge is high, but I dislike that the tip droops a little and spreads when I smile, so I want surgery. I want to preserve the hump while reshaping my nose, but [Clinic A] kept telling me to shave the hump, so I left. I am also planning to visit [Clinic B] through an acquaintance's recommendation, but should I tour clinics in Seoul as well? I found a doctor on YouTube who says hump-preserving surgery is possible and am considering going, but it is so far away that I am deliberating. I would also appreciate recommendations for clinics in Busan!
