This time I had cheekbone reduction, revision eye surgery, and revision rhinoplasty together at [Clinic A]. Writing it down makes it sound like major construction lol. The most bothersome feature of my face was my lateral cheekbones. They protruded on both sides even from the front, making my facial outline look uneven. I had previously had eye and nose surgery, but the results were ambiguously disappointing. My nose looked slightly crooked and my columella was recessed, so I disliked the shape of the lower nose. My eyes also lacked definition, and people sometimes asked whether I was sleepy even when I was just sitting normally...
So this time, instead of fixing things one by one, I decided to organize the overall balance. I had cheekbone reduction, correction of the crooked part of the nose and recessed columella, and non-incisional ptosis correction.
The cheekbone change was the first thing I noticed. Once the protruding areas disappeared, the facial contour looked connected all at once, and the bony outline no longer caught my eye first. But once the eyes and nose settled too, I understood why doing them together was a good decision. As the nasal center became straight and the recessed columella improved, the nose looked more stable not only from the side but also from the front. My eyes no longer had that weak, tired-opening look, and my pupils looked clearer, making my expression seem much less fatigued.
All three areas changed, but looking at my face as a whole, the stronger feeling is simply that it looks more refined than before rather than “I had surgery here.” I was nervous before surgery because it involved two revisions and contouring... Now I feel relieved that the things that bothered me one by one have been solved all at once lol
