At first, I talked with the manager before meeting the director. The manager seemed kind, but the front desk staff were a bit disappointing.. It is not that they were extremely rude, but even when people were around, they would just whisper among themselves, and the kindness felt limited to only what was necessary? The director explained things in more detail than I expected, and maybe because he has a lot of experience with eye surgery, he seemed very confident.
