The worst of the worst among all the clinics I've consulted with so far. Visited after making a reservation (arrived 10 minutes early) Only after more than an hour past the reservation time did I finally get a consultation with the manager For that whole hour, while I kept going to the front desk myself to ask when I could be seen, nobody responded about the delay They just said the manager was in another consultation and that it hadn't ended yet The clinic is small People getting little procedures were being seen right away one after another, so it seems there is only one consultation manager for plastic surgery consultations (based on my visit)
I finally went in, got the consultation, and left (about 30 minutes)
They said parking is only free for 1 hour So I said to the front desk, wasn't the consultation delayed by more than an hour past the reservation time? and they said there was nothing they could do. Later, the consultation manager called and, when I told her the above, she said she would even pay the parking fee out of pocket, but I declined.
I couldn't even get a consultation with the doctor at the clinic. The manager was very kind, but kept mentioning other hospitals Nose estimate: bridge (silicone), tip (cartilage), nasal bone osteotomy, hump reduction, alar reduction That was the estimate... but not a single other clinic gave me a quote like that.
