The limits of an otolaryngology specialist... They absolutely do not look at the overall facial balance and insist on surgery with costal cartilage no matter what. The cost was also crazy high, and they kept emphasizing that it was an open-rhinoplasty-type approach, but that alone felt like it was not enough to entrust such a major surgery to. They asked for a deposit from someone who had not even set a surgery date yet, which left me annoyed. I got the feeling the surgery would go badly, so I was very disappointed after the consultation.
