I had zygoma surgery for zygomatic asymmetry at ㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery in Seoul. The asymmetry wasn't corrected, and after surgery I developed hollowing in the cheekbone area and my face became uneven, so I went for a consultation. They told me to either get fat grafting or filler for the sunken areas. I didn't want to have surgery again, so I left it as it was and got contour injections, and the uneven lines improved somewhat. Before surgery, there was no explanation at all about pin removal, and I only heard about it right before the surgery. If they had informed me in advance, I wouldn't have had the surgery
