When I arrived, it was the neatest and most organized interior of all the places I had consulted.
I had a brief first consultation with the manager, but I was not sure if she understood things well, because I had to explain everything one by one for her to know. Just by looking, it was obvious there was an epicanthoplasty scar and the lacrimal caruncle was overly exposed... but instead of just talking about small details, she did not seem to understand unless I explained everything about what problem there was with the eyes. It felt a bit robotic? and was frustrating and awkward..
The doctor, on the other hand, waited patiently for all my questions, answered them, and explained things in great detail.
But because the manager felt a bit impossible to communicate with, I felt frustrated, and the review photos were not really my style, so I am still undecided. They did tell me how much surgery would be possible, so I liked how thorough they were, but I do not think I felt that kind of pull toward it.
