The doctor was really great, just as people said. They explained everything one by one like they were handling a child, told me even things I hadn’t asked about, and kindly explained everything to the patient while even drawing pictures. They also showed the line step by step and talked about whether it was good or not. But the white-coated manager here was really... She was 3 minutes late, and asked the nurses, “Has ___ not arrived yet?” and the nurses were looking at me awkwardly when I was standing in front of themㅠ Before the consultation even finished, she suddenly got up from her seat and went outside because I asked the same question again, and that was when I gave up on getting surgery here! It felt like she thought she had already explained everything she wanted to say.
