The director gave me detailed and kind counseling for an hour, and I was really moved. I had a lot of questions, but they even delayed their end-of-day schedule and answered each one by one. I am also grateful that the staff always responded brightly. I only gave one star less for expectations about the surgery because it was disappointing that it was hard to find many before-and-after photos of more complex procedures, not just simple augmentation, on the website.
