I happened to see a nose I liked on a plastic surgery app, so I went in for a consultation. After the coordinator consultation, I had the surgeon consultation. The doctor carefully explained the surgical procedure and method with drawings. Overall, the aesthetics and friendliness were good, but the disappointing part was that not taking a CT and saying they could use the septum just by visually examining the nose made the trust level drop.
