I have an upturned nose, short nose, wide nose, small nose, and thin skin! It’s my first surgery, so I’m really torn ㅠ... Since it’s my first surgery, should I try using somewhat standard materials, or since they say my nose is easy to turn up again, should I try costal cartilage in one go..? If I do the nasal bridge, I’m also debating whether to use silicone or costal cartilage... When thinking about side effects, which is better between silicone inflammation and autologous costal cartilage warping?ㅠ I’ve had facial fillers several times and was fine, so would silicone also be okay without inflammation?????????
ㅇㅇㅇ private clinic, Director ㅂㅊㅇ Autologous costal cartilage + nasal bridge silicone / no-implant full autologous costal cartilage Bulbous nose and deviated septum correction Full-face fat grafting, 2nd session Swelling laser, medication to prevent contracture, engraftment PRP Fat grafting + nose 625 / 710 Since they remove costal cartilage, there will be a 2-3 cm scar on the rib area. I’m debating materials because I’m worried about inflammation with silicone and bending with full autologous costal cartilage. I like the review photos for upturned nose correction the most.
ㅁㅇㄷ large hospital, Director ㄱㅊ No nasal bridge implant, no implant: septal cartilage + ear cartilage Nasal bridge osteotomy, bulbous nose Full-face fat grafting, 2nd session Swelling laser, swelling injection Fat grafting + nose 440 It’s no-implant and they don’t remove costal cartilage, so it feels less burdensome, but I’m worried the support may be weak and the nose might turn up again later. Review photos are so-so.
