I had my first surgery at ㅋㄴㅍ but as time goes by, it feels like my nose is becoming more upturned, so I'm looking into revision surgery…. At the time of my first surgery, I paid around 2-3 million won, and I had it done without an implant, using septal cartilage. It swelled a lot, so it was hard, but after all the swelling went down, it feels like my nose is gradually becoming more upturned
